Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with Epic experience to join our healthcare team. The RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitoring patient health and documenting vital signs.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license required (Nursys verification).
• Epic experience is required.
• Completion of all onboarding health checks and background checks specified.
