Trauma Therapy Practice Seeking Passionate, Curious Therapists

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

* Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work ; and an active, unrestricted license (LGPC, LCPC,LMSW, LCSW-C)

* Available to hold at least 25 patient sessions per week, provided such sessions are available and referred/scheduled by Trauma Specialists.

* Have experience in treatment planning and excellent documentation.

* Be compassionate, inclusive, self-motivated, and relatable (a great sense of humor is a plus!)

* Have a desire to treat trauma effectively.

Other Qualification Preferences:

* Board approved Clinical Supervisor

* Actively pursuing your EMDR Certification, since supervision at TSMD heavily relies on being able to support clinicians with EMDR therapy.

* Prior experience providing clinical supervision

* Prior experience in a private practice setting.

* Have a specialization in treating trauma.

* Current approval as an in-network provider with BCBS (or ability to be paneled) and other insurance providers.
