Utility Assembly Associate

Now hiring an Electrical Assembler Associate in Suwanee, GA! This position offers shift flexibility, with hours from 6:00 am to 2:45 pm Monday through Friday, including overtime opportunities, and pays $18.00 per hour. About the Role
As an Electrical Assembler Associate, you will interpret electrical wiring diagrams, assemble wiring for equipment, and support manufacturing teams with assembly tasks. You will be responsible for reading and understanding drawings, measuring and cutting wiring, and working effectively within a team to support production schedules and safety standards. Cross-training across departments is encouraged to meet production demands.


Pay Rate: $18.00/hr


Available Shift Times

• 6:00 am - 2:45 pm, Monday-Friday plus OT

Key Responsibilities

• Layout and assemble wiring for equipment
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and legends
• Measure, cut, and wire components according to specifications
• Operate hand tools safely and effectively
• Support lean manufacturing initiatives and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical knowledge recommended
• Understanding of electrical components such as contactors, breakers, transformers, communication boards
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Willingness to cross-train and work in multiple departments
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work collaboratively with team members
