Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

Operate as an OTR solo Dry Van driver for HMD out of Clifton, NJ and run nationwide freight on consistent long-haul lanes. You’ll average about 2,500 miles per week in late-model tractors (under three years) featuring sleepers, APUs and inverters, plus reliable in-house maintenance.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate company-assigned dry van equipment on interstate routes.
• Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Ensure cargo security, meet delivery schedules, and keep dispatch informed.

Requirements & compensation:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience.
• Pay begins at 65 CPM with safety, inspection and referral bonuses; home every two weeks and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
