About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee a portfolio of multifamily properties across multiple cities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and motivating on-site management teams to ensure the highest operating standards are met. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating business managers and on-site teams, as well as maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. The RVP will also be tasked with meeting property performance expectations, adhering to budgets, and fostering a culture of collaboration and trust. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred, and at least 3 years of successful management experience, preferably in property management. The role requires a strong knowledge of budget management, expense control, and proficiency in computer programs. Experience with industry-specific operating platforms is a plus. The RVP must have excellent communication skills, the ability to direct the work of others, and be willing to travel.
