Travel Physical Therapist - Acute Care Hospital

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with acute care experience for a 13-week travel assignment, working day shifts in an acute care hospital setting.

Job Details

• Acute care hospital inpatient setting,
• Day shift schedule: 2x10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM-5:30 PM,
• Schedule includes Friday, Saturday, Sunday plus one additional day per week,
• On-call rotation approximately every 7 weeks for coverage as needed,
• Holidays are rotated; typically one holiday per year,
• Both part-time and full-time candidates will be considered,
• Uses Epic EMR,

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care PT experience required,
• Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred,
• Current BLS certification required,
• Active state PT license required; pending licensure may be considered,
• Epic EMR experience required,
• Candidates must be able to shave for N95 mask fit testing - CAPRs and PAPRs are not available or permitted at this facility; no exceptions,
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,
• License required if applicable,

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,
• Scrub attire: Caribbean blue scrubs or khakis with a lab coat required,
• Open to both part-time and full-time travelers
