Graphic Design Lead

Baystate Wine and Spirits is seeking a Graphic Design Lead to strengthen the visual identity of the company and the Wine & Spirits brands it represents. This onsite, design-forward position focuses on producing polished print and digital assets while collaborating with internal teams, sales, suppliers, and outside creative partners. Responsibilities Create sales sheets, presentations, promotional materials, and digital or social content Develop marketing materials and packaging concepts for Wine & Spirits brands Assist with establishing and maintaining consistent branding across all touchpoints Support new product launches and brand development initiatives Build custom presentations and sales account materials for the sales team Coordinate with printers and outside creatives to support production Help bring tastings, trade shows, and brand activations to life Requirements 1+ year of graphic design experience (internships and freelance experience count) Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva Willingness to use AI design tools to improve quality and speed Strong attention to consistency and clean, on-brand visuals Understanding of social media and digital marketing Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple deadlines independently Wine & spirits experience is a plus Technologies Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Canva AI design tools Compensation USD 60,000 - 68,000 per year Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location West Bridgewater, MA (In person) #J-18808-Ljbffr
