Duties specific to the LPN/LVN role are aligned with providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes in accordance with state regulations and Aveanna policies. Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days Current CPR certification (hands-on component) — Aveanna can assist in obtaining after hire if necessary TB skin test (current within last 12 months) Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required Must have reliable transportation Aveanna Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds to apply.
