Mig Welder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $19.00 to $23.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) Perform precision MIG welding on fabricated metal parts according to specifications. Accurately read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics. Measure components and maintain tight tolerances throughout the welding process. Set up and adjust welding machines to achieve optimal performance and quality standards. Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Shift Times: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 3:30 PM 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 2:00 AM Overtime Requirements: ~55 hours per week, mandatory OT as needed Mig Welder Qualifications: Proven experience in MIG welding. Proficiency in blueprint reading. Demonstrated ability to measure accurately and work with tight tolerances. Strong understanding of welding machine operation and setup. Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift. Capable of lifting 2550+ lbs regularly. Comfortable working in a loud, industrial, and potentially dirty environment.
