• Responsibilities Hand package a variety of candy and food products with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Pack products into boxes, bags, and retail-ready packaging.

• Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.

• Palletize and organize finished products for shipping.

• Prepare and box products for customer orders and distribution.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Follow all food production, quality, and safety procedures.

• Lift up to 20 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.

• Essential Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• General labor, packing, or production experience preferred.

• Basic machine operation experience is a plus.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, food production, or assembly is preferred but not required.

• Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable working around marshmallows and gummy candy products that contain gelatin.

Work Environment Work in a clean food production facility where safety, quality, and teamwork are top priorities. Employees are provided with the necessary protective equipment, including gloves, masks, and hairnets, to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace. This role requires standing for the duration of the shift and following food safety guidelines. To maintain product quality and safety standards, a dress code and personal protective equipment requirements are in place.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Le Center, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
