BDC-Sales And Service Representative

As a BDC-Sales and service representative at Evansville Ford, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team by managing and responding to inbound and outbound communications. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely follow-up to help grow our dealership's customer base and enhance overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the dealership management system.
Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Assist in promoting dealership specials and events to increase customer engagement.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred.
Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
