BDC-Sales And Service Representative
As a BDC-Sales and service representative at Evansville Ford, you will play a vital role in driving customer engagement and supporting the sales team by managing and responding to inbound and outbound communications. You will serve as a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and timely follow-up to help grow our dealership's customer base and enhance overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments and follow up on leads.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the dealership management system.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Assist in promoting dealership specials and events to increase customer engagement.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
