Packaging Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Packaging Supervisor to join a well-established manufacturing operation. This individual will manage daily packaging activities, help drive production efficiency, and ensure all quality and safety standards are consistently maintained.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience supervising teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging operations to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Supervise, train, and provide support to production team members.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to company safety policies and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and minimize downtime.
• Work closely with internal departments to achieve operational objectives.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with production processes, safety procedures, and quality requirements.
• Ability to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
