Our client, a leading manufacturing industry, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the fabrication and repair of metal structures. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: WelderGMAW / MIG Location: Brookshire, TX Pay Range: Shift: 12-hour shift from 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to accurately create equipment and products Design and build basic and complex structures, supports, or frameworks in daily tasks Weld using GMAW / MIG and RSW processes to meet project specifications Utilize handheld tools such as screw guns, drill guns, grinders, calipers, and weld gauges Maintain inventory of manufacturing products and welding consumables, ensuring safety and quality standards are met What's Needed? 1-3 years of Resistance Spot Welding (RSW) and MIG welding experience Experience operating in a manufacturing or similar environment Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly, identifying issues proactively Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal Technical or vocational training or certification preferred What's in it for me?
