Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) Neuro Med Surg – Texas

Start Date: September 15, 2026

Location: Arlington, Texas

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 6:1 patient ratio, rotating on-call requirement

Highlights:

• 24-bed Neuro Med Surg unit specializing in stroke and neurological care
• Meditech EMR system with modern equipment including Sara Steady technology
• Collaborative team nursing environment with experienced staff of 31 members
• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 techs
• No floating requirement – remain on your assigned unit
• Stroke education provided on-site to enhance your specialized skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Current RN license in Texas or eligible for licensure
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required
• Significant experience in stroke or neurological nursing preferred
• Familiarity with procedures including EEGs, EKGs, and bladder scanning
