Technical Service Manager

Overview Job Title: Technical Service Manager Location: Louisville, KY Pay Range: $85,000-$95,000 /yearly (based on experience) Work Hours: Monday to Friday (45-50 hrs/weekly) Type of Employment: Full time/ Permanent Hire Responsibilities Responsible for the collection, storage, transportation and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials. This role will supervise and train all Technical Services employees to ensure all scheduled jobs are completed, while maintaining and adhering to established standards for safety and environmental procedures. Coordinate with field chemist to go to pharmaceutical, manufacturing, universities facilities, industrial facilities and do the same waste packing. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (required); degree in chemistry, engineering, environmental science or other technical field (preferred) 3+ years of experience in hazardous waste management or environmental services (required) Knowledge of lab packing, characterizing, labeling, and profiling.
