Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity!

Staunton Health and Rehab Center is looking for Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team!

• Occupational Therapy

• Speech Therapy

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with our facility, you’ll perform a variety of duties that provide optimal resident care within your scope of practice. The RN is responsible for the overall nursing care and services provided during their shift, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, and emergency response as needed.

Your Job

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect

• Responsible for the planning, coordination, and assurance of quality care services to residents

• Provide nursing care within your scope of practice

• Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately

• Maintain accurate documentation of all care rendered

• Encourage restorative care to obtain maximum resident independence

• Ensure resident safety, comfort, and well-being

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Who You Are

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Professional team player with a commitment to reliable attendance

• Passionate about delivering compassionate, resident-focused care

• Enthusiastic about working in a supportive, team-oriented environment
