Job Description The Banking Systems Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and operational support of application systems for a Japanese bank in the U.S. This role involves coordinating with local and overseas teams, resolving software issues, managing system documentation, and supporting end users through Help Desk services. Bilingual in English and Japanese (Native-level English preferred; Business-level Japanese acceptable). Location Manhattan Midtown, NY (Hybrid – 2 days in office) Key Responsibilities Implement and support system operations for a Japanese bank in the U.S. Analyze, design, modify, and maintain application systems to meet user requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders in the U.S. and Japan.
