Software QA Tester

Overview Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a leading provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced Software QA Tester to be a key resource on a technical services team. Responsibilities Perform end-to-end testing of CCMS application features without fully defined or detailed requirements. Leverage AI tools to generate test estimate, automation test cases, and improve test coverage. Work with development team and customers to clearly understand the functionality under test to define and implement test case automation and clearly communicate to the team. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring clear reproduction steps and impact analysis. Participate in team discussions to improve testing strategies, quality processes, and delivery timelines. Execute performance and accessibility testing. Optional Experience with Complaint and Case Management System or similar case management system. Experience with AI-based testing tools or automation frameworks. Strong working knowledge of both Bit bucket and GitHub Copilot skills. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. 7 years experience testing complex web applications (Required). 6 years automation experience with Java and TestNG (Required). 5 years expertise in SQL (Required). 4 years experience with Playwright (Required). 4 years experience with workflow-driven automation (Required). 4 years experience with JMeter/WAPT Pro or other load testing tool (Required). 3 years experience with GitHub Copilot and Bitbucket skills (Required). 3 years experience with Zypher Scale (Preferred). 3 years experience with Jira (Preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr Allied Consultants (Texas)
