Event Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.
• Support event logistics by preparing promotional materials, coordinating event needs, and ensuring smooth event operations.
• Represent client brands professionally at community events, retail promotions, trade shows, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers by providing friendly, informative, and engaging brand presentations.
• Promote products, services, and marketing initiatives while creating positive customer experiences.
• Collect customer feedback and campaign insights to support future marketing strategies.
• Help maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across promotional materials and event displays.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to achieve campaign goals and maximize event success.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on event marketing, customer engagement, communication, leadership, and professional development.
