Salary Range: $160,000-$190,000 USD annually

Scope of the Role

The Director of Social & Influencer Marketing leads Best Choice Products' social media, influencer, creator, affiliate, and community strategy. The role builds and scales an integrated creator-led growth engine that expands brand awareness, generates a consistent pipeline of high-performing content, and drives measurable traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. This leadership role establishes the vision, operating model, and performance standards across social, creator, affiliate, and community marketing while balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution to deliver commercial growth, creative excellence, and operational effectiveness.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

• Own the annual strategy across organic social, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, ambassadors, UGC, community, and creator commerce.
• Define channel strategies, content roadmaps, budgets, KPIs, and performance goals across established and emerging social platforms.
• Partner with Marketing and Product Development to shape product positioning, launch strategies, creator activation, and go-to-market plans.
• Establish scalable onboarding, education, communication, and engagement programs for creators, affiliates, ambassadors, and community members.
• Lead the creative and editorial direction for social channels while developing platform-native content that educates, entertains, demonstrates products, and drives engagement.
• Build an integrated content engine leveraging in-house, creator, customer, affiliate, ambassador, and employee-generated content. Develop scalable UGC workflows, content standards, usage rights, and searchable asset libraries supporting organic social, paid media, DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and product detail pages.
• Develop and scale tiered creator, ambassador, affiliate, and community programs including recruitment, outreach, contracting, onboarding, briefing, product seeding, performance management, retention, and long-term partnership development.
• Expand creator commerce initiatives across TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, affiliate networks, and emerging commerce platforms while optimizing commission structures, creator incentives, and commercial performance.
• Partner with Paid Media to maximize creator-led advertising through Spark Ads, whitelisting, partnership ads, and creative testing across formats, audiences, products, and messaging.
• Establish full-funnel reporting across audience growth, engagement, share of voice, creator retention, content utilization, traffic, GMV, conversion, customer acquisition, CAC, ROI, and revenue while translating insights into strategic investment recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with FTC guidelines, intellectual property standards, platform policies, content rights, creator contracts, and brand governance.
• Manage budgets, agencies, vendors, technology platforms, creator operations, and cross-functional initiatives while leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, reporting, scalability, and team effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience leading social media, creator, influencer, affiliate, community, or integrated marketing programs, including team leadership.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling social, creator, ambassador, affiliate, UGC, or community programs for an ecommerce, marketplace, retail, consumer-products, or lifestyle brand.
• Deep expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, creator commerce, organic social, paid amplification, and social-first content strategy.
• Strong knowledge of creator recruitment, gifting and seeding, UGC, affiliate offers, commission structures, storefronts, whitelisting, usage rights, and performance measurement.
• Strong creative and editorial judgment with the ability to brief content, evaluate hooks and concepts, and provide actionable feedback to creators, designers, editors, agencies, and internal teams.
• Analytical and commercially minded, with experience building reporting frameworks and translating performance data into clear decisions and investment recommendations.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, technology platforms, creator contracts, and complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building, presentation, and executive-influence skills; comfortable moving between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator Connections, Sprout Social, Impact, CreatorIQ or similar tools, social commerce, or livestream shopping is highly preferred; consumer products, home, outdoor, toys, seasonal, or retail experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $160k-$190k USD annually. You will also be eligible to participate in BCP’s benefits and bonus programs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills and experience.
