Strategy & Operations Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support strategic initiatives, the fully remote Strategy & Operations Manager will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute activation strategies, drive change management, and ensure successful implementation across the distribution ecosystem. Key responsibilities Develop and execute enterprise-level activation strategies and operating plans to support growth and customer experience objectives Lead change management efforts, ensuring stakeholder engagement and accountability for successful implementation of strategic initiatives Build strong partnerships across various teams to drive alignment and execution of strategic priorities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related fields Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly with senior leaders Proven ability to develop activation and organizational readiness strategies
