Creative + Content Lead: Making Pretty Spaces

Serv, a global executive recruitment partner, is hiring on behalf of our client Making Pretty Spaces for a Creative & Content Lead. The business has built strong revenue through paid ads and affiliate partnerships and is now at an exciting stage of growth, focused on building the right team and systems to scale further. Position Responsibilities If you are a rare individual, who loves owning the full creative process—from ideation through execution and distribution—and can turn ideas into a structured, high-performing content engine, then this role is for you! You will take full ownership of organic content strategy and execution, allowing the founder to step out of day-to-day planning and focus on showing up on camera. This role includes: Creating and owning the overall content and creative strategy across platforms Planning content proactively (shifting from reactive posting to structured planning) Translating ideas, trends, and founder input into clear content plans and campaigns Writing scripts, planning shots, and defining what content needs to be filmed and how Running with content execution using a 10-80-10 model (founder input → you own execution → founder approval) Directing and managing content production without being solely responsible for hands‑on editing Overseeing and managing creative resources, including video editors and contractors Taking ownership of the editing process through team coordination and feedback Managing content distribution across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and expansion channels like TikTok/Pinterest) Organizing and leveraging existing unused content (e.g., camera roll footage) Ensuring consistent, high-quality content output (eliminating gaps and inconsistency) Identifying high-performing organic content and transitioning it into paid ads Building systems and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks Acting as the central orchestrator across all content efforts to ensure alignment and execution Qualifications Experience in content strategy, creative direction, or social media leadership roles Proven ability to plan, execute, and scale content strategies across social platforms Strong understanding of what drives engagement and performance in organic content Experience managing editors, creatives, or contractors Ability to turn ideas into structured, repeatable content systems Highly organized with strong project and workflow management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities Experience leveraging content performance to inform paid media or growth strategies is a strong plus Our Ideal Teammate Is Someone Who Is proactive and accountable Thinks strategically and executes consistently Communicates with clarity and confidence Brings a positive, growth-oriented mindset Is highly organized and dependable Embraces learning and feedback Cares deeply about doing great work Location In-Person Franklin, Tennessee #J-18808-Ljbffr Serv Recruitment Agency
