Investment Client Services Analyst - Asset Movement

Support field partners and clients with management and movement of retirement and investment accounts Answer asset movement questions and provide servicing options in a call center environment Assist with asset movement transaction procedures and services Resolve basic and intermediate inquiries and transactions from Financial Representatives and clients Investigate and evaluate solutions to complex asset movement inquiries and identify root causes Take ownership of calls and anticipate future issues to prevent repeat calls and unnecessary transfers De-escalate complex and unique inquiries while ensuring a positive client experience Advocate for Financial Representatives and partner with them to meet client asset movement needs Adopt new asset movement technology and educate field partners about website and self-service capabilities Understand risks and impacts of asset movement transactions on clients and accounts Connect asset movement systems, processes, and outcomes to ensure seamless transfers and transactions Handle phone and transactional responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and privacy Shift work priorities to meet changing business needs Requirements Associate's degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience, preferably focused on asset movement, related transactions, or financial services Advanced written and verbal communication skills Ability to explain complex asset movement processes and resolve client inquiries Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and caseloads accurately Excellent organizational and time management skills Desire to continuously learn asset movement processes and improve performance Computer experience and solid keyboarding skills Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems Advanced customer service mindset Advanced attention to detail Advanced financial services industry acumen Advanced customer support skills Advanced client advocacy skills Advanced change adaptability Advanced case management skills Must complete fingerprinting and required form Classified as a Non-Registered Fingerprinted Associated Person under NMIS guidelines and FINRA requirements Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in asset movement processes and client advocacy, ensuring seamless transactions while maintaining confidentiality.
