Location Note: This position will begin at our current warehouse for the first couple of months, then permanently relocate to our new facility at 12795 W. Northern Avenue, Building 2, Glendale, AZ 85307.

** About this role **

iDrive Fulfillment is looking for a tech-savvy, people-first team member to support our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for our warehouse employees and customers. You'll work closely with our IT, CX, and warehouse teams — bridging the gap between technology and operations. If you're a borderline software developer or a developer in training who loves solving problems and helping people, this role is for you!

** What you'll do **

• Support and execute customer onboarding tasks within our WMS
• Respond to IT support requests and customer service tickets efficiently
• Perform software QA testing to ensure system accuracy and performance
• Train warehouse personnel on systems, tools, and workflows
• Proactively assess customer and warehouse needs before issues arise
• Troubleshoot technical issues and drive fast, effective resolutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, CX, warehouse, and customer teams

** What we're looking for **

Must Have

• High technical acuity — scripting, SQL, Macros, or similar skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people skills and customer service experience
• Technical troubleshooting ability
• Self-starter with strong initiative

Nice to Have

• Warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience
• Shopify experience
• Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud experience
