Accounting Manager

A leading organization is seeking a Capital Accounting Manager to support capital and development projects. This role partners across Finance, Project Management, and Operations to ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and budget execution. Key Responsibilities Manage project budgets, commitments, change orders, and cost tracking Reconcile Construction-in-Progress (CIP) and maintain alignment with the General Ledger Prepare monthly financial statements and maintain fixed asset schedules Oversee A/P processes, invoice approvals, and coding Prepare draw packages and track project funding and cash flow Maintain project tracking reports and support capital planning initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) 3–6+ years of project or construction accounting experience Strong A/P, reconciliations, and financial reporting skills Advanced Excel and experience with accounting/project systems Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Hospitality and/or construction industry experience REQUIRED #J-18808-Ljbffr Segrera Associates
