Custom Metal Roofing Sales Supervisor - Lawai, HawaiiHPM Building Supply in Wailuku or Lawai, Hawaii is seeking to hire a full-time Custom Metal Roofing (CMR) Sales Supervisor for the Kauai and Maui Region. The CMR Sales Supervisor partners with customers, sales, manufacturing, and management to ensure top-quality custom metal roofing is produced to specifications and delivered on time. As the leader of the Custom Metal Roofing Sales team at the branch, this owner coaches, assigns work, trains, onboards, and motivates the team to optimum performance. The CMR Sales Supervisor regularly evaluates and improves team processes/practices to meet financial and operations objectives.The typical schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
