Join GOLD TECH MEDICAL SOLUTIONS LLC as a PET/CT Imaging Engineer in sunny Los Angeles, CA! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of advanced imaging systems, contributing to better patient outcomes and innovative healthcare solutions. Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of PET/CT imaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to imaging systems.
- Conduct regular quality assurance tests to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to optimize imaging protocols and workflows.
- Provide technical training and support to medical personnel on equipment usage.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate new technologies.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support emergency service needs.
- Bachelors degree or Associates degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PET/CT imaging systems.
- Strong understanding of imaging physics and safety regulations.
- Certification in medical imaging technology is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for training and service support as needed.
