Position Overview
We are seeking caring and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients in the Columbus area. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping clients maintain safety, comfort, and independence in their homes.
Our ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and dedicated to delivering excellent care with respect and compassion.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
Companionship: Provide social interaction and emotional support while maintaining professional standards.
Medication Reminders: Offer timely reminders and assist with appointment coordination as needed.
Household Tasks: Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
Documentation: Accurately record daily activities and communicate any changes in condition to the care team.
Safety: Maintain a secure, comfortable environment that promotes client well-being.
Qualifications
CPR/First Aid certification (required)
HHA, STNA, or equivalent certification (preferred)
At least 1 year of home care experience (preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Compensation & Benefits
