Job Summary

Are you looking to jumpstart your career in the HVAC industry? We're seeking motivated individuals to join our team as HVAC and Retrofit Helpers. No prior experience is necessary – we will provide the training you need to succeed. As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in various construction tasks and learning valuable skills on the job. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding field.

Duties

• Assist skilled workers in their daily tasks.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris, garbage and potential hazards.
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
• Learn and adopt construction techniques through on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• No prior construction experience required; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
