Production / Assembly Associate - B Shift (14526)

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM

Join a growing manufacturing team assembling, scanning, inspecting, and repairing small to medium-sized components. This role involves operating production equipment, performing quality checks, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and inspect parts according to work instructions

• Operate production equipment, scanners, presses, and testing devices

• Perform quality checks and measurements using basic inspection tools

• Complete production documentation accurately

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Assist with equipment setup, maintenance, and other duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Strong communication and basic math skills

• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or sit for extended periods

• Perform repetitive tasks

• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Work Environment: Climate-controlled manufacturing facility with required safety equipment provided.
