Job Description Exciting opportunities are available for talented Occupational Therapists interested in providing exceptional care and support to students in a dynamic school setting near Renton, WA. This contract position is ideal for professionals passionate about making a difference in the lives of children from elementary to middle school. Multiple positions are open, including full-time and part-time options, allowing you to tailor your schedule to your needs. With approximately 36 students on your caseload, you’ll play a vital role in fostering student growth and independence. Openings include: Full-time Occupational Therapist: August 28–December 18 Part-time Occupational Therapist (0.6 FTE): October 10–March 1 Part-time Occupational Therapist: August 27–January 2 Key Qualifications: Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Occupational Therapist license in Washington State Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Ability to work collaboratively as part of an educational team Strong communication and organizational skills Primary Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess students to determine eligibility and needs for OT services Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student progress Document and report on student outcomes in compliance with school and state guidelines Provide therapy primarily to elementary students, with some middle school support Enjoy the rewards of making lasting impacts while earning a competitive rate of $47 or more per hour.
