Job Description Skillbridge Academy is seeking a professional and personable Communications Agent to support day-to-day communication between the organization, clients, customers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, confident, attentive, and capable of communicating information clearly and professionally. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a professional and timely manner. Provide clear and accurate information to clients, customers, and team members. Respond to inquiries and assist with general questions or concerns. Maintain organized communication records and update relevant information when needed. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure requests and concerns are properly addressed. Support daily administrative and communication-related activities. Identify communication needs and help ensure information is delivered accurately. Maintain a professional, courteous, and solution-oriented approach. Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and internal coordination when required. Contribute to a positive and efficient working environment. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and confident interpersonal abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
