Cyber Security Project Manager

Title: Cyber Security Project Manager Location: Hybrid (Houston, TX) Duration: Full-time We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to manage cybersecurity projects, including firewall, Endpoint Protection, and network segmentation. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with a Stage Gate/waterfall PMO process. Needs to be a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program. Responsibilities: Manage Cyber Security projects such as Vulnerability Management, Firewall, Endpoint Protection, and Network Segmentation. Manage projects from business case to implementation. Project Management includes budget management, resource allocation, kick-off meetings, project planning, project execution and control, communication, risk analysis, quality assurance, team and vendor management, and project implementation. Lead design workshops, assessments, and troubleshooting sessions. Apply waterfall delivery methodologies, standards, and tools. Lead end-to-end technical fixes/implementation, including hardware installation, environment setup, production certification, software deployment, integration development, testing and deployment, data management, and vendor technical activities. Perform actual vs. planned analysis at the project level and forecast the cost of the project. Develop project plans/scope/schedule and track progress, milestones, and deliverables. Facilitate and attend meetings with various technical and non-technical resources to capture project requirements, identify project milestones, communicate project timelines, track action items, and monitor project status.
