About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Lubbock, Texas, 79410!

Job Title: MS/Tele RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: MS/Tele Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience required License: Valid state compact license Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Seasoned traveler with at least one contract experience Previous charge experience preferred Ability to float between units Description: Position floats between units. On-call is not required. Weekends are required every other weekend. Block schedules are approved but not required. Expected patient ratios are 1:5. Special requirements include being a seasoned traveler. Travel experience is required. Charting system experience with Epic is preferred. Facility is a short-term acute care center with 379 staffed beds. It is a Level II Trauma Center. Daily patient census is approximately 27. Patients include adults and geriatrics. Unit includes interdisciplinary support teams. Travelers may float to other acute care departments within the facility. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. Must commit to working three of five holidays during the contract.
