Respiratory Care Practitioner

This role provides comprehensive respiratory therapy care for patients across all hospital departments, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key responsibilities include performing various respiratory therapies and procedures, including ventilator management, intubations, and bedside lab testing interpreting and executing physician orders educating patients and staff on respiratory care maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring equipment functionality responding promptly to emergencies and patient needs adhering to infection control and safety protocols participating in ongoing professional development and staying current with departmental policies and procedures Qualifications include an Associate's Degree or Certification in Respiratory Therapy, valid RCP license, CRT certification, BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS certifications, and >1 year of respiratory therapy experience.
