Leasing ProfessionalGaines Investment Trust is seeking a motivated Leasing Professional to join our team at Montfort Place Apartments in Dallas. We're looking for someone with strong sales and customer service skills who can build relationships, follow up effectively, and help turn prospects into residents while providing an exceptional experience. New to apartment leasing? That's okay. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role can provide a great foundation for this position.What You'll DoGreet and assist prospective and current residentsConduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and amenitiesGuide prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-inFollow up consistently with prospects and help drive occupancyPrepare lease documents and maintain accurate recordsUse Yardi Voyager and CRM tools to manage leasing activitySupport resident retention and overall property performanceMaintain a welcoming and professional leasing environmentWhat We're Looking ForCustomer service or sales experience; apartment leasing experience is a plusStrong sales and customer service skillsAbility to build rapport and confidently ask for the leaseProfessional, engaging, and dependableStrong communication, organization, and follow-throughAbility to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentYardi Voyager or property management software experience is a plusValid driver's licenseFlexibility to work the property's leasing schedule, including every SaturdayWhy Gaines Investment Trust?
