Both parents work full-time and are looking for someone who is nurturing, proactive, dependable, and excited to grow with their family over the coming years. This is a calm, structured household where professionalism, open communication, and mutual respect are highly valued. The parents would like to expose the kids to Spanish, so Spanish fluency is a nice-to-have but not a requirement. Position Overview The schedule is generally Monday through Friday from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm, with 50 guaranteed hours per week. While the schedule is typically consistent, occasional flexibility to stay later with advance notice is appreciated when the parents have work commitments or evening events. The nanny’s primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional care for the family’s infant daughter, supporting her daily routines, development, and overall well-being. Their 6-year-old son is in school during the day and is picked up from school by the housekeeper. The position also includes occasional domestic travel, mainly for 4-5 weeks during the summer at the family’s East Hampton home, with advance notice provided whenever possible.
