• Target Compensation : $90,000 – $110,000+ base (DOE) + Strong Bonus & Incentive Plan

The Daily Routine

• Setup & Monitor : Run multi-modality setups (SSEP, TcMEP, EMG, EEG, ABR) for orthopedic, spine, and neurosurgical cases.
• Collaborate : Deliver real-time, clear data communication directly to the attending surgeon and remote supervising neurologist.
• Document : Complete precise, compliant surgical logs and baseline data recording.
• Care : Ensure patient safety and comfort during pre-op electrode placement.

What You Bring

• Certification : Current CNIM designation preferred.
• Experience : 1+ years of post-CNIM experience OR 2+ years of high-volume IONM experience and actively eligible to sit for the exam.
• Technical Skill : Familiarity with Cadwell or Cascade monitoring equipment.
