Corporate M&A Associate Attorney

Global 100 firms now run their most complex public company and cross-border M&A out of Denver, at full New York rates. One of them is hiring M&A associates (3–7 years) for its growing national practice. Cravath scale — $260K–$390K depending on class year. You'd advise public and private companies, strategic investors, and private equity sponsors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, working alongside market-leading M&A practitioners with real drafting, negotiating, and client-contact responsibility at your level. The work includes: Public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including cross-border deals Drafting and negotiating merger agreements, purchase agreements, and ancillary transaction documents Running diligence and serving as a key point of contact for clients and deal teams Matters involving federal securities laws, Delaware corporate law, and technology and life sciences clients What you bring: 3+ years of M&A experience with real reps drafting and negotiating transaction documents Experience managing diligence and executing deals end to end Public company M&A, federal securities, or Delaware corporate law experience a plus J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and Colorado bar admission What you get: A national M&A platform and the kind of public company and cross-border deal experience that holds its value in any market Direct work with market-leading M&A practitioners and a clear runway to lead workstreams Cravath scale ($260K–$390K depending on class year), plus performance-based bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Lateral Link
