Radiation Therapist
Location: Tarzana, CA
Job Type: Contract
Shift: Days (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Job Summary"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Radiation Therapist to provide high-quality radiation therapy treatments for adult oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have experience working with advanced radiation therapy equipment and managing a variety of cancer treatment cases.
Required QualificationsActive California Radiation Therapist License Required
Current ARRT (T) Certification Required
Current BLS Certification Required
Minimum 2 Years of Radiation Therapy Experience
Adult Inpatient and Outpatient Oncology Experience Required
Experience with CBCT, kV, and mV Imaging
First-Time Travelers Not Accepted
Deliver prescribed radiation therapy treatments safely and accurately.
Perform patient setup and positioning for treatment procedures.
Operate radiation therapy equipment and imaging systems.
Utilize CBCT, kV, and mV imaging for treatment verification.
Monitor patient response during treatment procedures.
Assist with emergency oncology cases when required.
Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, dosimetrists, and nursing staff.
Maintain accurate treatment documentation and records.
Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards and protocols.
Provide compassionate care and education to oncology patients and families.
