  • Provide individualized therapy services to clients, focusing on both individuals and couples, helping them navigate emotional and mental health challenges.

  • Utilize a specialized billing service that manages claims, handles client accounts, conducts benefit and eligibility checks, and implements payment plans, allowing you to focus on client interaction.

  • Complete timely notes and comprehensive record-keeping for each client, ensuring accurate documentation of progress and therapeutic interventions.

  • Schedule ongoing appointments, manage your calendar efficiently to maintain consistency and reliability for your clients.

  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with a variety of clinical presentations, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with clients from all age ranges who are navigating complex emotions related to both life transitions and critical care considerations associated with hospice services. This includes providing support for grief, existential distress, and facilitating adaptive coping strategies in a remote setting that respects their unique situations and needs.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Active LCSW licensure in the state of Connecticut, allowing for independent practice.
