This position is in Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.Location: Fort Morgan, CO Job Type: Full time Shift(s) Available: 3rd - Rotating Compensation: $26.25/hrPrincipal AccountabilitiesThis position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate distribution of equipment and productsCommunicating effectively with supervisors, employees, leads, superintendents, and managersIssuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departmentsReceiving and verifying incoming products and equipmentMaintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse itemsOrganizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouseDelivering equipment and supplies as neededEnsuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environmentRequired QualificationsAuthorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)Must be 18 years or olderAble to read, write, and speak EnglishAt least 6–12 months of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experienceAbility to perform physically demanding work (standing, walking, bending for extended periods)Ability to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold, dusty environments)Basic computer and communication skillsDemonstrated reliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and overtime as neededStrong attention to detail and accuracyPreferred QualificationsForklift experience or certificationExperience using RF scanners or warehouse management systemsBasic math skillsRecent work history (within the last 12 months)Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
