We can help with this Desired Skills and Experience HVAC repair and service experience required NATE certification Mechanically inclined Comfortable making recommendations about needed repairs and replacement services Ability to present pricing to customers and collect payment on site Team player Ability to multitask to support a growing, family-oriented business Clean motor vehicle record * Looking to get into the trades but do not have a License?
