Patient Services RepresentativeChildren's Dental Health is seeking a motivated Patient Services Representative to join our close-knit team in providing top-notch dental care to our patients.As a Patient Services Representative, you will be our patients' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. We are searching for a passionate and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves creating smiles.ResponsibilitiesProvide welcoming, prompt, and respectful customer service patients and families upon arrival and dismissal.Serve as a liaison between patients and support staff by preparing patient charts before check-in and keeping the office and all records, reports, and other correspondence organizedFiling and scanning medical documents and office forms as directedVerifying all patient demographic, health, pharmacy, and insurance informationSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsCleaning the front office work area and other maintenance assignments as directedQualificationsMotivated and willing to learn on the jobExperience working in the front desk area of a medical/dental practice preferredStrong customer service skills; ability to communicate wellDemonstrated desire to work with children in a pediatric settingExperience scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting co-pays, and answering multiple phone linesPay: Starting at $17.00Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:45am-5:00pm.
