Job Detail Join the Med/Surg Float Pool with Johns Hopkins Health System and provide high-quality nursing care across a variety of adult inpatient units. Float Pool RNs are specially trained to work in multiple specialty areas, including Medicine, Surgical Services, Oncology, and Neurosciences, allowing them to develop a broad clinical skill set while caring for diverse patient populations. In this role, RNs float to Med/Surg units at either Johns Hopkins Hospital or Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, providing seamless support wherever staffing and patient care needs are greatest. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams throughout both hospitals, Float Pool nurses enjoy a dynamic practice environment, ongoing professional development, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact wherever patient care needs are greatest. Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
