About Us
Agape Pediatric Therapy , a therapist-owned outpatient pediatric clinic in Richland, WA, is hiring an full-time Front Desk/Scheduling Coordinator to join our award-winning team.
Agape provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services for children of all ages and conditions. We currently have 9 providers on our speech team, 6 providers on our OT team, and 3 providers on our PT team. Agape has been voted BEST Pediatric Therapy clinic in Tri-Cities three years in a row.
About the Role
The Scheduling Coordinator helps c reate a warm and welcoming experience for our patients and families . Our Scheduling Coordinator manages patient schedules , communicate with families , coordinate with therapists and administrative staff, and keep the clinic running smoothly.

Schedule
This is a 40 hour/week position with the following schedule
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 - 5:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 - 12:00 PM
Qualifications
Prior medical scheduling experience is required
Responsibilities
Greet families warmly in person and on the phone
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy appointments
Manage waitlist and coordinate openings efficiently
Call and fax physician offices
Communicate with families regarding attendance, cancellations, and clinic policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and waiting area for families
Maintain accurate and up to date patient charts
Work both independently and cooperatively with members of our team
Support clinic culture and mission
