The position is high volume, requiring attention to detail, multitasking and organization to stay ahead of the shift. Nothing feels better than winning as a team.Responsibilities:Listen to the CustomerCommunicate effectively with team members to understand and meet guest preferences and requirements, ensuring the kitchen is prepared to deliver the best possible service.Be Respectful of Company ResourcesUse organizational skills to manage prep areas efficiently, ensuring cleanliness, order and readiness for service. Ensure kitchen equipment is regularly checked and maintained to prevent shortages or disruptions during service.Show UrgencyOrganize and prioritize tasks effectively during high-demand periods to maintain seamless operations, ensuring that workstations are stocked with necessary equipment and supplies for smooth service.Create Positive EnergyFoster a collaborative and supportive work environment by sharing knowledge and assisting team members during busy periods.Support new team members by providing guidance and training to help them develop their skills, and ensure they understand the importance of keeping sections organized and stocked.Work Environment/Physical Requirements:Current food handlers certificate maintained through employmentAvailable to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidaysAble to stand and/ or walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift over 50+ lbs. if necessaryAuthorized to legally work in the USDishwasher Compensation & Benefits:Hourly pay of $13-17 based on experience.Ability to enroll in Medical, Dental, Vision and other insurance benefits (for employees who maintain full-time status)Paid Time Off, Sick Time, and Paid Holiday (may vary depending on state and local laws)Ability to enroll in 401k, Medical FSA, Commuter benefits, etc.Employee Discount: 50% your total bill for you and up to five guests.The Company reserves the right in its absolute discretion to add to your duties or amend this job description at any time.
