We are actively seeking an HVAC Service Technician with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, always aiming to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by following proven company techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Service and repair HVAC systems

Conduct performance tests with specialized tools

Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues

Provide top-tier customer service, maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery
QUALIFICATIONS

Proven 3+ years experience as an HVAC service technician

Solid problem-solving and communication abilities

Capacity to work efficiently in a dynamic environment

Willingness to participate in training sessions and team meetings

EPA Certification

Valid driver's license with clean record
