Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC setup operations and supervision is required, along with strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation; Mazak experience is highly preferred.

Job Summary

The CNC Set Up Supervisor is responsible for leading the CNC setup department, ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting production goals.

Job Duties

• Supervise the CNC setup department and ensure timely completion of production requirements
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to optimize machine performance
• Train and mentor CNC setup operators
• Monitor and enforce safety standards within the department
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance setup processes and production efficiency

Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years of CNC setup and supervisory experience
• Mazak experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
