About the Role

We're seeking General Managers who are passionate about people, cars, and leading high-performing teams. You'll manage daily operations, coach staff, and ensure every customer receives top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and coach team members
Oversee daily store operations
Assist with vehicle maintenance
Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Maintain facility standards and safety compliance
Handle inventory, cash control, and bank deposits

Requirements

What You'll Need

1+ year of retail, hospitality, or automotive management
Hands-on automotive experience preferred
Valid Driver's License & Age 18+
Fluent in English
Reliable attendance and communication skills
Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet
Required to work a minimum of 48 hours per week
Completion of CBT and management training modules

Salary Description

$52,000-58,000/yr
